What is music therapy?

Music Therapy is beneficial for a wide range of individuals from babies to older adults. No musical experience is required! After assessing the needs of the client, sessions are tailored to work on set goals through musical interventions. These interventions could include singing, instrument playing, songwriting, music listening, musical relaxation, music and technology, movement, and more.
